Our servicing business consists of three divisions: Solar credit allocations, Billing & Collections, and a Call Center with 10 trained, full-time, US-based customer services reps answering phones Monday through Friday.
Allocations
Our state-of-the-art CRM platform allows us to allocate customers to solar farms to meet the objectives of our clients based on their ideal credit profiles, geographical proximity to solar farms, annual usage, and other factors. Our clients have 24/7 access to all data so they can provide accurate reports to banks and other financing entities.
Billing & Collections
Clear, concise servicing communications, including energization letters that notify customers when they will begin receiving solar credits to monthly bill statements that highlight customers’ savings, credits and amount due. Our state-of-the-art CRM gives our clients real-time access to all data, while our member portal offers customers 24/7 access to billing histories and account management.
Call Center
10 trained, full time customer service reps, taking calls Monday through Friday. All calls are recorded and 95% of calls are answered in 90 seconds. Our reps also handle inquiries via IVR messaging and email.
